“Thirty people called today [and asked], “Can you get tickets when you’re there?” And I’m like, “I’m sorry.”... Because we have a lot of Broadway plays and a lot of concerts, but this is a performance that... there is no other company in the United States that does this. So this is a one-of-a-kind... I think the production kept to history, and sometimes when people recreate 5000 years, things get lost. But I believe the directors and the people who put this whole performance together, you can tell that the love, the factual things—they really take their time to document the history to share with us here in America. It’s just amazing though how we are able to enjoy these dances and I believe they said in China they’re not. So I feel very fortunate because of my roots with my great grandfather, I’m just very proud.”
